Following an ‘extensive’ agency review, CHE Proximity has been appointed as Aussie Home Loans creative business partner.
The agency now oversees Aussie’s brand, communications and design remit, including a large scale brand campaign scheduled for the end of the year.
The brand previously worked with The Special Group, which created a $25 million campaign for the brand reviving its iconic 'we'll save you' slogan in 2016.
Aussie chief customer officer David Smith says the appointment comes as the mortgage broking industry experiences a “pretty turbulent time”.
“We’re so confident about the future of mortgage broking and the longevity of our business that we have big plans for our brand,” Smith says.
“We need a smart, proactive and relentless agency partner to help bring our vision to life, and CHEP has proven themselves to be that partner.
“I have complete confidence in the CHEP team to deliver the service, campaigns and results we need across multiple marketing disciplines.”
CHEP’s responsibilities include supporting Aussie’s acquisition, customer engagement and experience, digital and local area marketing efforts.
CHEP CEO Chris Howatson says the win is a challenge, but looks forward to helping shape its brand, communications and customer experience for the future.
