Pureprofile has promoted Niamh Fitzpatrick to the newly created role of chief product and technology officer (CPTO), expanding her responsibilities beyond her previous role as chief product officer, which she has held since 2024.
The promotion comes after the global data and insights company acquired qualitative research specialist CRNRSTONE Research from Bastion Group and rolled out a suite of AI tools and data technology solutions.
CEO Martin Filz said the role would be central to the company's growth ambitions.
"The new CPTO role plays a critical part in accelerating growth, enhancing user experience and strengthening Pureprofile's global competitive position," Filz said.
"Niamh has been with us since 2020 and we're delighted to have someone of her calibre and experience leading our next era in data and insights innovation."
Fitzpatrick said her focus would be on combining innovation with data integrity.
"My vision is to continue supporting Pureprofile's global growth by delivering innovative solutions that address client needs, while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and insights to help clients make better, faster decisions," she said.
"What's clear across the industry is the growing importance of combining innovation with quality, such as using AI to deliver solutions more efficiently while still ensuring data integrity and meaningful insights.
“That's an area where Pureprofile can make a strong contribution, backed by a very talented product and engineering team."
Fitzpatrick has previously held leadership roles at Facebook, Fairfax Digital and Rabobank.
At Facebook she served as head of Asia Pacific partner management, and spent eight years at Fairfax Digital across roles including technology director and development manager.
