The Influence Group’s strategic consulting and insights company Pollinate has opened new offices in Brisbane and Adelaide.

The Brisbane office will be led by Kate Davidson and the Adelaide office by Morgan Owen. Both report to Pollinate chief executive officer Howard Parry-Husbands.

The expansion comes at a time of growth and recognition for Pollinate, including a number of new hires, key new projects and its inclusion in The Australian Financial Review’s 2022 Sustainability Leaders list.

Davidson has over 20 years’ experience in market research and data analytics, having held senior roles at data management technology and solutions company DataOrbis and the Queensland Government, as well as Kantar in East Africa.

Owen has been at the Pollinate for 11 years and was previously research director, based in Sydney.

Parry-Husbands, said: “We are proud to expand our national footprint to include both Brisbane and Adelaide.

“The decision for us was an easy one. We understand that our work and services cover the whole of the nation, yet we believe it’s important to recognise that each state and territory is unique. Through local knowledge we can provide better, more meaningful thinking and insights for our clients.

“Morgan has been at the company for a long time and his decision to move back to Adelaide after the pandemic turned into a great opportunity to double down on our research specific to clients in South Australia, as well as national clients."
