2021 taught us that whilst the technical capabilities that underpin WFH are important, empathy is still the most important thing - in every department of an agency and also with our clients.
In 2022 I’m looking forward to the new stronger bonds we have built as an agency and client team during the pandemic, resulting in truly integrated solutions – the trinity! After all, it only works when it all works.
