Pedestrian.TV has cut a senior role in its commercial team, with advertising and partnerships manager Jack Jones leaving after his position was made redundant.
Jones confirmed the move on LinkedIn, describing the exit as “unexpected” and due to redundancy after two years at the youth publisher.
“The past two years at Pedestrian have been full of contrast, and I’m grateful and proud to have been part of the business,” Jones wrote.
He joined as advertising and partnerships manager and moved into a senior role in July 2025.
Jones led partnerships, branded content and youth-focused digital strategy across categories including financial services, government, entertainment and alcohol.
The departure follows structural change at Pedestrian Group, which owns Pedestrian.TV and sits within Nine Entertainment.
The youth publisher underwent a significant restructure in 2024 as Nine streamlined its digital publishing portfolio, closing several licensed titles including Vice, Gizmodo, Refinery29, Kotaku and Lifehacker, and cutting dozens of roles and prompting the exit of then chief executive Matt Rowley.
The company said at the time it would focus on its wholly owned brands.
