Paspaley has promoted group marketing manager Adriana Glass to head of communications and group marketing just one year after she joined the luxury pearl company, AdNews can report.
Glass joined Paspaley in August 2025 as group marketing manager, having spent the previous two years running her own brand marketing and communications consultancy, Glass PR, working with international brands, Australian designers and start-ups on brand marketing, communications, reputation, transformation and crisis communications.
She also spent more than five years as director and co-founder of Electric Collective, where she was responsible for the agency's Fashion and People + Planet divisions.
Glass also held group marketing manager roles with Affinity Diamonds and Missoni in 2025.
At Paspaley, Glass's previous group marketing role covered marketing across the company's portfolio, including pearling, Pearl Expeditions, Pinctada Hotel Broome, The Wall Street Hotel New York, Bunnamagoo Estate Wines, Darwin Ship Repair and Paspaley Aviation.
Her responsibilities included brand, digital and print marketing, group and internal communications, partner engagement and support for marketing activity across the business.
Meanwhile, MAXMEDIALAB continues to hold Paspaley's media account after winning it in 2025, developing above-the-line media strategy and execution across publisher partnerships, online, outdoor and print.
Paspaley declined to comment on the appointment.
Paspaley is an Australian family-owned pearling company that operates a network of pearl farms across more than 2500km of Australia's north-west coast and uses a fleet of purpose-built ships to harvest pearl oysters.
