Parramatta Eel’s victory was Foxtel's most watched regular season simulcast game

The Parramatta Eel’s 34-6 victory over the Brisbane Broncos last night to re-start the 2020 Telstra NRL Premiership season has scored record ratings for Foxtel, with an average 401,000 viewers watching across subscription television.

The match, broadcast LIVE and ad-break free on FOX LEAGUE on Foxtel and Foxtel NOW, was the most watched regular season simulcast game ever and the number one game of the 2020 season.

FOX LEAGUE’s coverage reached 683,000 viewers with the 401,000 average audience including viewing on Foxtel NOW and Foxtel Go. The figures do not include viewing data from Kayo Sports.
