Opus Agency acquires The Company We Keep

Asia-Pacific-based experiential marketing agency The Company We Keep (The CWK) has been acquired by events and experiential marketing company Opus Agency, part of The Opus Group.

The CWK, founded in 2018, has offices in Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand, with a team of more than 80 creatives, designers, producers, account managers, and digital professionals

The CWK founder and CEO Nigel Ruffell said the alignment between Opus Agency and The CWK is remarkable - from shared clients like Salesforce to creative capabilities, and cultural ethos'.

"This partnership opens up new opportunities for our team, our clients, and our future, as we continue to lead in the APAC region while contributing to Opus Agency’s global success," he said.

Opus Agency president Dena Lowery said this acquisition enables the company to better serve clients in the world’s fastest-growing and largest cities, while also enhancing capabilities with deeper expertise in content, broadcast, and film.

"It’s a strategic move that strengthens our ability to deliver high-impact, future-forward experiences across the globe," she said.

The Opus Group president and CEO Kim Kopetz said this acquisition enables the company to navigate complex challenges and scale operations efficiently while creating new growth opportunities for clients and team members around the world.
