oOh!media reveals Melbourne Metro Tunnel launch advertisers

oOh!media has revealed NAB, AGL and Woolworths as launch partners for the first stage of the Melbourne Metro Tunnel.

The outdoor media specialist won the tender for the Melbourne Metro in 2024 and will be integrated with oOh!media's existing public transport network in February next year.

The deal includes LED screens that will follow the commute from Sunbury in the west to Cranbourne and Pakenham in the southeast. This includes visibility across five high-traffic stations: Arden, Parkville, State Library, Town Hall and Anzac.

The company already has the Sydney Metro tunnel.

Mark Fairhurst, chief revenue officer, oOh!, said securing advertising partnerships with NAB, AGL, and the Woolworths Group reflects the company’s continued growth, following the recent launch of Melbourne’s Bolte Bridge in October.

“Our Melbourne network is delivering brands unparalleled opportunities to be seen, remembered, and truly connect with audiences,” he said.

“It’s fantastic to see NAB, AGL, and Woolworths Group leading the way as the first to advertise on our new Metro Tunnel assets. It follows the recent launch of the Bolte Bridge takeover and shows the incredible momentum we’re building. There’s never been a better time to be unmissable in Melbourne.”

This expands oOh!'s footprint which includes Melbourne’s CBD and suburban rail network, and next year the company will deliver on its street furniture network with more than 70 new panels having been installed and set to go live in the new year.
