Omnicom Media Group, with $US69 million in new business, has topped the media agency group pitch league for the first half of 2020.

Numbers compiled by Marcom research house COMvergence in its New Business Barometer for the six months to June show Omnicom Media Group ahead of Mediabrands and Dentsu Aegis Network.

The big win of the six months was by PHD Australia, part of the Omnicom Media Group, which in May won the $A39 million Spotlight Group media account following a competitive tender process.
