Omnicom Oceania has appointed Dean Isreb and Annabel Acton customer growth partners at The Loom, its customer growth and brand innovation advisory.
Isreb joins from senior roles at Monitor Deloitte, Strategy&, PwC and Macquarie.
Acton was previously at Deloitte Digital, bringing experience in enterprise brand and customer growth strategy, venture capital and startup leadership from What If! Innovation, eatbigfish, Kin Group and AfterWork Ventures.
The Loom sits within Omnicom Oceania's advisory ecosystem, which combines growth strategy, transformation, reputation, intelligence and customer experience expertise to help organisations create long-term enterprise value.
Isreb and Acton will work with organisations to connect brand ambition, customer experience, operating models and commercial performance.
Nick Garrett, CEO of Omnicom Oceania, said brand strategy has become one of the most powerful drivers of enterprise value.

Ahmad Salim, CEO of The Loom, said organisations are looking for a connected approach to growth rather than treating brand, customer and business strategy as separate conversations.
