Omnicom Oceania has expanded its intelligence offering Perceptive into Australia and New Zealand.
Hall & Partners will transition to the Perceptive brand across ANZ.
It's part of Omnicom Oceania's investment in Omnicom Intelligence, which combines local and global data, research, technology and proprietary IP into a single system spanning research, market intelligence, analytics, audience and identity, decisioning, activation and measurement.
Together with Quantum Market Research, also under Omnicom Intelligence, the businesses bring more than 65 specialists across government, social, commercial and consumer research.
More than 150 specialists work across Perceptive, Quantum, Omnicom Media's intelligence units and TRKKN, underpinned by Acxiom's data and identity capabilities, helping clients connect data, build addressable audiences, activate across channels and link activity to growth.
Jo Brockhurst has been appointed managing director of Perceptive Australia. Imogen Randell, who has led Hall & Partners Australia and Quantum Market Research, will step back from day-to-day operations to work with key clients in a senior advisory role.
Daniel Shaw continues as Perceptive CEO across Australia and New Zealand, alongside leading Omnicom Oceania's Intelligence unit.
Hall & Partners and Perceptive clients will keep working with the same experts, with easier access to the intelligence, tools, data and IP across Omnicom Oceania.
Omnicom Oceania CEO Nick Garrett said client partners need clarity on what matters, confidence in their decisions and intelligence that moves at the speed of business.
"Perceptive strengthens our ability to bring that to clients across Australia and New Zealand, backed by the scale and connected capability of Omnicom Oceania," Garrett said.
Perceptive CEO Daniel Shaw said the expansion gives client partners a clearer front door into Omnicom Intelligence, combining human understanding with identity, decisioning, activation and measurement to turn signals into decisions.
"The ambition is simple, help clients cut through complexity, understand what matters and move with conviction," Shaw said.
