Sam Casey, a former group director of media implementation at OMG, is joining full-funnel independent agency Thompson Spencer as head of performance.
The appointment comes as Thompson Spencer experiences continued growth across existing client portfolios, as well as new business wins such as Musashi’s launch into the Middle East.
“We’re in a sustained pattern of meaningful growth thanks to new wins and existing client portfolio expansion, and so we’re backing that growth with senior capability,” said Melanie Spencer, group CEO of Thompson Spencer.

Casey said the agency has built an impressive integrated model.
