The Ogilvy Australia Network has expanded its creative department in Sydney with the appointment of three new creative teams following a period of growth for the agency.

Maddie Batkin-Walkerden and Leora Zuckerman join the agency as art directors, while Cal Harmer joins as junior art director - pairing up with copywriters Baxter Atkins, Isabella Smith and newly appointed junior copywriter, Sarah Brighton.

Atkins, Smith and Brighton are all graduates of Ogilvy Australia’s Goliath program, which the company confirmed it would again be investing in and taking applications for in the fourth quarter of 2021.

“We are thrilled to have these fantastic individuals join our fabulous creative team,” Ogilvy Australia CEO Sally Kissane says.

“Maddie, Leora and Cal join us and their creative partners Baxter, Bella and Sarah at a time the agency is experiencing great momentum and growth.

“Their vibrancy and energy, together with incredible ambition will add to our market leading work and company culture.

“I am immensely proud of the role our company is playing in the investment and development of Australia’s creative young thinkers. We have many wonderful team members who have thrived through the Goliath program over the years and been promoted across our network.

“I encourage other aspiring talent to keep an eye out for our Goliath program when applications open later this year.”
