Outdoor media company OA Collective has acquired digital space across the Manly Wharf precinct.
The digital screens are positioned across major transport and tourist spots including ferry terminals, hospitality zones, and pedestrian corridors, expected to be a key spot for brand visibility as the precinct undergoes upgrades to Wharf 3, the former Sea Life site, and construction underway on waterfront restaurants.
The managing partner of OA Collective, Grant Kirkby, said securing the site is a huge win for the company and its goal to create impactful brand experiences.
"Manly Wharf is more than a commuter and entertainment hub, it’s a cultural landmark. Securing this site is a defining moment for OA Collective.
Our screens are now part of the daily rhythm of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, delivering immersive brand experiences in one of the country’s most iconic settings," she said.
The CEO of Australian Outdoor Media, Rob Lane, said the deal will connect Manly, an already established site for outdoor media, to larger-scale, national campaigns.
"This partnership marks a major milestone - not only establishing Manly Wharf as a premium standalone destination for full-site brand takeovers, but also connecting it to a broader national network through the OA Collective.
It’s a powerful combination: a high-impact local asset with the scale and flexibility to support national brand campaigns in line with its iconic international Profile," he said
Over the past 18 months, the OA collective has acquired several key sites across the metro markets including most recently, Melbourne’s Southbank precinct, Fitzroy.
"More than just footprint growth, this move reinforces OA Collective’s vision to reshape Australia’s OOH landscape through premium locations, smart tech, and curated media experiences that integrate seamlessly into everyday public life," said Grant Kirkby.
OA collective works with real-time AI technology company Collective Intelligence Co for measurement, targeting and conversions - a capability which is expected to see significant insights with the Manly Wharf expansion.
