NSW Youngbloods has revealed a refreshed committee of 11 members, with M+C Saatchi art director Laura Murphy stepping into the co-chair role alongside Howatson+Co art director Jake Rowland.
“We wanted to build a committee that mirrors the evolving shape of the industry,” said Murphy.
“We made an intentional choice to hire a diverse spread of people across agency size, seniority, and personal perspective.”
The new committee members include The General Store strategist, Angelica Martin, The General Store creative duo Bella Novak & Catherine Risbey, VML copywriter Charlie Dejean, Dentsu junior art director Jessica Szakac, Do Agency senior designer Kinaya Mgaza, Thinkerbell producer Matt Millett, Rick Barry creative Mathilda Grinling, Clemenger junior copywriter Nick Warrand, M+C Saatchi account manager Sophie Saunders and Time Out creative strategist Xavier Lynch.
“It was an incredibly competitive application process,” said co-chair Jake Rowland
“But we are already so impressed with the new recruits' ideas and enthusiasm.”
