The shake-up of radio talent has continued, with Nova's Melbourne breakfast presenter, Tommy Little, announcing he will be leaving the station, days after the news that co-host, Meshel Laurie, is departing for Australian Radio Network.

Meshel and Tommy have co-hosted on the station for two years, with Little breaking the news on air today.

Laurie announced last week she would be moving to ARN's Melbourne Kiis network while Nova Entertainment noted that former ARN host, Chrissie Swan, would be joining its Melbourne station in 2016 for breakfast.

ARN content director, Duncan Campbell, told AdNews that Kiis in Melbourne would be a focus going into 2016, with the station not performing the way it had hoped after a rebrand this year.

“We're very aware there are issues with Kiis in Melbourne,” Campbell said. “It's a disappointing result and we have plans in place to correct that, which we will be unfolding over the coming months."

Nova Entertainment COO, Louise Higgins, thanked the duo for their time on air noting that “we wish them well with their adventures”.

Further announcements of Nova's 2016 Melbourne line-up are expected soon.
