Last night’s Australian Ninja Warrior State of Origin attracted more than 800,000 metro viewers for Nine, topping the night’s entertainment programs.

The special two-part event for Nine saw the five states compete against each other for the first time. The program, which aired at 7pm, attracted 877,000 metro viewers, with the second part to air tonight.

It’s followed by Seven’s Farmer Wants a Wife which attracted 853,000 metro viewers.

Meanwhile, Ten’s revival of Family Feud for a special series which sees frontline workers such as nurses and firefighters compete for $100,000 pulled in 330,000 metro viewers.

The show hosted by Grant Denyer, which aired at 7.30pm, was brought back for a 10-episode series after being canceled in 2018 as ratings started to decline.
