Are Media has appointed Sophie Robertson agency lead for Victoria, reporting to the company’s head of sales in the state, Nisar Malik.
Robertson joins from Nine Network in Melbourne, where she was a group business manager.
She spent more than five years at Nine, working her way up from sales executive roles.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Southern Cross Austereo.
Robertson said she was excited to be joining Are Media at a time of digital growth for the business.
“The Are Media team are experienced operators who are incredibly passionate about their content and products,” she said.
“I’m really looking forward to working alongside them to create impactful, meaningful campaigns for our clients that resonate with Australian women.”
Malik said Robertson was a welcome addition to the Are Media team.
“She will create new opportunities and provide marketers access across our premium brand safe eco-system, platform agnostic,” he said.
