Nine’s Australian Ninja Warrior wraps up

Nine’s latest season of Australian Ninja Warrior wrapped up last night with more than 800,000 metro viewers tuning in, making it the most watched entertainment program for the night.

The reality show, which started at 7.30pm, attracted 815,000 metro viewers for the Grand Final segment and 918,000 metro viewers for the Winner Announced segment for total people, according to OzTam figures.

Also on last night at 7.30pm, Seven’s Farmer Wants a Wife attracted 684,000 metro viewers, while MasterChef Australia, on at 7.30pm, attracted 609,000 metro viewers.

Seven News was the most watched program for the night with 1.155 million metro viewers.

For people aged 18-49, Ninja Warrior Winner Announced was on top with 367,00 metro viewers, followed by the Grand Final segment with 308,000 metro viewers. Nine News came in third with 284,000 metro viewers.

For people aged 25-54, Ninja Warrior Winner Announced attracted 408,000 metro viewers, followed by the Grand Final segment with 346,000 metro viewers. Nine News followed with 342,000 metro viewers.

Nine won the night with 30.9% of the network share, followed by Seven with 28.1% and Ten with 17.5%.
