Nike promotes marketing director from within

Nike has promoted Brant Hirst to marketing director for the Asia Pacific region.

Hirst, who is currently brand manager for the Nike Women’s category, will be based out of Melbourne and join the Pacific leadership team.

In his current role Hirst led the roll out of the Nike Women’s ‘Better For It’ campaign and the launch of the Nike+ Training Club Tour event in early 2015

He was also previously head of sports marketing Hirst led many of the country’s larger clothing and footwear partnership agreements including the renewal of Nike's agreement with the FFA. 

He said: “I am genuinely excited about this opportunity. It is a huge privilege and I’m fortunate to be leading a great team. Nike is a brand that I am incredibly passionate about. I look forward to playing a new role as we continue toward our goals.”
