Sydney based agency Monster Children Creative has been awarded the creative account for craft beer brand 4 Pines in a three way pitch.

The agency will create and launch the new 4 Pines brand platform, refreshing the brand’s positioning for a national audience.

4 Pines chief marketing officer Todd Atkinson says the team was looking forward to seeing the Monster Children team bring their unique approach and audience insights to the brand.

"Monster Children have a great track record in delivering fresh and authentic campaigns," Atkinson says.

“The concepts they have developed so far really nailed the tone and character of 4 Pines and we are looking forward to having this in the market across Australia leading into Summer.”

4 Pines was established in the Sydney beachside suburb of Manly in 2008 and has been leading the charge in evolution of craft beer in Australia.

The 4 Pines Brewery was awarded Champion Brewery at the 2020 Australia International Beer Awards.

Monster Children creative director Chris Searl says 4 Pines was a dream client for the agency.

"4 Pines has established a really strong brand in a short period of time," Searl says.

"We’re looking forward to bringing the new platform to life and getting paid in beer each week."

The addition of 4 Pines to Monster Children Creative’s client roster caps off a successful period of wins, with the agency also being named agency of record for New Zealand specialty coffee roasters Hummingbird and local soy milk icon Bonsoy.
