Independent agency The Mint Partners is opening a Brisbane office, marking its third Australian location.

The Brisbane office will be led by group account director Ambre Harford, who has been with Mint for 10 years.

The agency is building the local team and establishing a permanent base in the city, with roles currently available for a senior account manager and account coordinator.

The expansion follows Mint's Melbourne opening four years ago and builds on an existing Queensland client base that includes an eight-year partnership with W Brisbane, JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas and Makris Group's Marina Mirage redevelopment.

Genevieve Taubman Campbell, Mint founder and CEO, said Brisbane was entering an extraordinary period of growth and global visibility.

"Opening a dedicated office allows us to be closer to our Queensland clients and partners, while helping brands identify and act on the opportunities emerging across the state in the lead-up to 2032 and beyond,” she said.

"Our approach has always been grounded in insight, imagination and measurable impact. It is not about flying in, it is about living the culture, relationships and rhythm of the local market.”

Miranda Bryce, Mint managing director, said Queensland's momentum across tourism, property, hospitality, retail and lifestyle closely aligned with the agency's category expertise.

"The strongest brands will be those that begin building meaningful connections with audiences well before the Games begin, and sustain that presence well into the future," she said.

Mint's network now spans Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland and Tokyo.
