Mighty Craft has appointed independent media agency Half Dome to its media business.

The agency is responsible for the Australian craft drinks company’s media planning and buying across all channels.

Mighty Craft, which was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2020, enables craft spirits, beer, and ready-to-drink companies to scale production, distribution, and sales. The company has invested in brands across spirits, beer and cider including 78 Degrees, Kangaroo Island Spirits, NoSh Boozy Seltzer, and the Hills Cider Company.

“Building strong brands is a key priority for our business at Mighty Craft,” says Mighty Craft marketing and retail director Jane Wecker.

“We are delighted to partner with Half Dome to ensure that Australians have the opportunity to discover and engage with our brands.”

Half Dome will work with Mighty Craft to plan and buy media for online and offline channels, across its brand and performance activity, including key partnerships with trusted Australian publishers.

“We are really excited to welcome Mighty Craft to the Half Dome family,” says Half Dome managing partner and general manager Tom Frazer.

“Their aggressive growth ambitions are certainly something we align to as a business, and we are hoping that together, we can form a really strong partnership over the years to come.”

Half Dome recently acquired Consumedia to become a full service agency. The company also appointed Catherine Smith as head of operations as the agency’s growth trajectory continues.
