Ellie Rogers, Meta’s former ANZ industry director, is now stepping into the role of ANZ sales director at Snapchat.
This comes after some time off for Rogers, who was formerly of Ikon Communications, Profero and Carat.
Rogers said she was delighted to start her next chapter at the social media platform.
“As I met the kind, smart and creative team over at Snapchat, I was blown away by the team culture, the community and the incredible levels of innovation,” she said.
“Across Australia, Snapchat has a community of 7.5M people (75% of 13 - 34 year olds) and I am excited to work with partners across the region to see the levels of growth & impact we can achieve together.
“Super pumped to join the amazing team at Snapchat ANZ on Monday!”
Rogers was with Meta for almost a decade. Earlier this week, Snap appointed Tony Keusgen as managing director for Australia and New Zealand, who replaces Kathryn Carter. Rogers will be reporting to Keusgen.
