Independent social-first creative agency Melbourne Social Co has appointed Ebony Tewierik head of partnerships and growth.

Tewierik joins Melbourne Social Co from KeepCup, where she served as senior marketing manager.

At KeepCup, Tewierik led integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships that connected creativity with purpose, driving growth and deepening brand affinity.

"Melbourne Social Co has built an incredible reputation for work that's not only beautiful but deeply strategic," Tewierik said.

"I'm looking forward to helping drive the next stage of growth — forging strong partnerships, unlocking new opportunities and continuing to elevate the agency's impact across the industry."

The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for Melbourne Social Co, which has added clients including Bonds, RSPCA Victoria and KeepCup, with projects soon to launch for Rosella, Devondale, DIY Blinds and Swaggle.
