Melanie McDonald is celebrating 30 plus years at dentsu.

"It’s hard to believe it has been 30 years," she says.

"I am truly grateful for all the wonderful opportunities the company has afforded me.

"From working on some of the best brands, with some amazing clients, to forging lifelong relationships. I am honoured to continue to be part of the journey and thank everyone I have worked for and with for their support, guidance and friendship along the way."

She began her career with Mitchell & Partners in 1992 and stayed with the agency for 13 years.

From there she moved to MPG (a JV with Havas), then Aegis, and for almost five years has been General Manager Investment at Amplifi.

Michael Bass, Chief Investment Officer, Amplifi: “I’m sure I speak on behalf of everyone at dentsu when I say a very big congratulations.

"This is a remarkable milestone and one not many in the industry will ever achieve.

"Having worked closely with Mel over the past few years, I can see how much value she brings to the business and just how much she is universally liked and respected.

"Thank you for everything you do to make us better.”
