Shannon Hollis, Alexander Mundy and Lauren Sillato.
Medium Rare Content Agency has appointed three senior commercial executives to its CommBank Connect team in Sydney as demand for the retail media network grows.
Shannon Hollis is head of client partnerships, bringing more than a decade of senior commercial leadership including five years at Hearst UK, general manager of audio at News Australia and most recently head of advertising at Guardian Australia.
Alexander Mundy joins as account director with more than seven years of experience across agency, publishing and retail media, having held roles at OMD, News Australia and DMARGE.
Lauren Sillato has been appointed account director, having begun her career at Nine before spending nearly four years at Cartology managing major retail accounts.
Medium Rare is the sales and content partner for CommBank Connect, which reaches 18 million customers each month across more than 1,400 in-branch digital screens, ATMs, digital and social channels and the bi-monthly Brighter magazine. Partners include Qantas, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Daikin and Appliances Online.
Andrew Robertson, head of sales for CommBank Connect at Medium Rare, said the network offered brand partners the opportunity to tell meaningful stories across physical and digital touchpoints.
"Shannon, Alex and Lauren bring deep commercial experience and a collaborative, client-focused approach that reflects how we work," he said.
In Melbourne, the network is supported by group sales manager Stephanie Gemes, appointed earlier this year, and partnerships activation manager Paulina Kisiel.
