Brand communications agency Manifest is now offering its proprietary AI Marketing Operating System, AIMOS, as a service for in-house marketing teams and agencies.
This follows three years of development across its studios in the UK, US, Australia and Nordics.
The system combines structural systems built on Anthropic's AI ecosystem with bespoke web apps designed to systemise team processes.
Manifest expects up to 10% of its income to come from marketing innovation services in the coming year.
Alex Myers, founder and global CEO at Manifest, said the industry is at a turning point.
"While AI adoption in marketing teams and their target audiences races ahead, there is a real say-do gap around the need to build scalable, ethical and effective ecosystems,” he said.
“A great AI operating system has the power to amplify difference and value for marketers and agencies.
"A bad one can reduce any marketing or agency team to a homogenous slop engine.”
Isabel Thomson-Officer, co-founder and managing director Australia at Manifest, said innovation was no longer a differentiator for agency partners — it was a baseline expectation.
"Three years of `real-world building, testing, breaking, and rebuilding AIMOS across every studio has shown us that what we've developed holds genuine value for teams beyond our own,” she said
"What marketing teams are missing isn't another tool to add to the stack. It's a coherent system, clear standards, and the capability to actually operationalise them. That's what we built for Manifest and what we're now helping other brands and agencies build for themselves.”
