Digital agency Luminary has appointed eight people across several disciplines as it expands to support a growing client portfolio including Adobe, Woolworths, Melbourne Airport and Clipsal by Schneider Electric.
The appointments span people and culture, search, client partnerships, UX research and mobile engineering.
Charlotte Miller joins as people and culture director from Broadsheet Media, having previously worked at the Essendon Football Club, and will oversee team growth and workplace culture across Luminary's Australian and Indonesian offices.
Lewis Pola joins as SEO manager to support growing client demand for traditional SEO and AI-driven generative engine optimisation strategies. He brings experience across Toyota, ANZ Bank and 7-Eleven and will work on IFM Investors, AusMade and Vocus.
Other appointments include Lesley van der Nest as client partner from Wellcom Worldwide and formerly Ogilvy One; Nathan Cocks as senior UX researcher from Tundra; Leon Natanto as Indonesia-based mobile engineer; and senior designers Ashley Pickering and Brent Heslop and UX researcher and designer Pearse O'Neil.
Marty Drill, CEO of Luminary, said the agency's growth over the past year reflected the deepening trust of long-standing partners.
"As we expand our work with incredible brands like QIC and Woolworths, we are also navigating massive industry shifts, particularly around AI-driven discoverability and complex UX. Bringing in talent of this calibre ensures every partner, old and new, gets our absolute best," he said.
