Independent integrated agency JOY is helping real estate group LJ Hooker celebrate its centenary anniversary and reaffirm its legacy as a key fixture in the Australian property landscape.

In the last year, the group sold $16 billion in real estate and currently manages one of the country’s largest property portfolios. As part of their engagement with LJ Hooker, JOY has been tasked with positioning the group as Australia’s most trusted real estate brand as new generations of property buyers and sellers enter the market and seek a trusted property partner.

Andrew Wynne, principal at JOY said: “The purchasing and trade of property remains a cornerstone of the Australian dream. As a new cohort of buyers and sellers emerge from the shadow of COVID years, we know that they are looking for a safe pair of hands that can guide them through changeable market circumstances."

“LJ Hooker is ubiquitous to Australia’s property market and have decades of experience helping Australians find homes and business spaces- could you ask for a safer pair of hands? We’re proud to be working with such a long-standing Australian brand, and we’re excited to play a part in their legacy and refresh Australia’s outlook of LJ Hooker."

James Boulton, head of marketing at LJ Hooker, said: “LJ Hooker has been a household name for generations of Australians. As we approach our centenary anniversary, now more than ever, is a time when the LJ Hooker brand legacy and relevancy is paramount."

"JOY’s experience with  Australian brands, the agency’s understanding of the ‘Aussie way’ coupled and their skilled senior team delivering brand strategy and executional planning made the decision very clear. JOY is the agency for us.”
