Gemma Browne.
Independent agency Little Village Creative (LVC) has appointed Gemma Browne general manager.
“We’re bloody happy to have Gemma join us off the back of recent growth, and to support our goals for 2026 and beyond,” said Little Village Creative founder and managing director, Carolyn Stebbing.
“What’s been particularly exciting is that this growth has come as much from existing clients expanding their remit with us as it has from new business.
“With the work ahead this year, we need to make sure our operations are as sharp as possible. That’s not my strength, but it’s very much Gemma’s, which makes this the perfect time to bring someone of her calibre on board.
“When I offered Gemma the role, I told her I’d be mad not to hire her, and it’s proven to be true.
“She’s only been with us a short time and we’re already seeing the impact.”
Browne brings more than 14 years’ experience across social, performance and digital strategy.
Browne has held senior leadership roles across Australia and New Zealand, including general manager at Kill Boring Dead, head of growth & operations (SMB) at Socialites Group, and managing partner at Loud Days.
Browne has worked with a broad mix of national and international brands including Red Rooster, AC/DC, AFL Women’s, Bang & Olufsen, Spirit of Tasmania, Costa Group, Church & Dwight, Westpac and Cricket Australia.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Little Village Creative as General Manager,” said Browne.
“This role represents a meaningful next chapter for me; one where I can continue to grow my career while embracing the flexibility that comes with returning to work as a parent.
“I’m especially excited to play a key role as the agency moves into its next phase of growth, and to contribute to building a business that not only delivers exceptional creative and digital work, but also supports the lives of the people within it.
"I’m really grateful to be surrounded by an incredibly talented and supportive team led by Carolyn.”
