SCA has announced a new leadership structure and several promotions for LiSTNR.
The app, which launched in 2021, now has 2.25 million registered users and more than 10 million monthly listeners across its radio and podcast network.
SCA has appointed Stephen Haddad chief operating officer.

Grant Tothill has been promoted to executive head of LiSTNR operations and audience.
He will oversee end-to-end operations, drive audience growth through innovative content and data-led strategies and lead the development of a distribution strategy to maximise reach and commercial opportunities.
Sam Cavanagh has moved up to to Head of Content – LiSTNR Original Podcasts.
He will oversee the creation, commissioning and optimisation of SCA’s original podcasts, ensuring they align with LiSTNR’s strategic goals.
Mike Williams has been promoted to LiSTNR head of entertainment and culture.
With more than 16 years of experience in audio and production, he will be responsible for managing the entertainment podcast producers and overseeing the development of content.
