Clemenger has had a major leadership shake-up, with current Colenso BBDO Auckland CEO Nick Garrett moving across to Clemenger BBDO Melbourne as CEO.

In addition, acting chairman of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Jim Moser will refocus his role as CEO of Clemenger Group New Zealand, and will pick up group responsibilities in Melbourne.

As a result of the shuffle, current GM of Conelso BBDO Scott Coldham is promoted into the role of MD of the agency. Garrett will transition his role to Coldham while remaining involved with a number of clients trans-Tasman.

Clemenger Goup executive chairman Robert Morgan said the changes reflect the group’s commitment to “having the best talent in the industry.”

“We are always keen to promote our people first to new or expanded roles,” Morgan said.

“We want to give everyone the opportunity to fulfil their aspirations.

“Both Colenso BBDO and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne are the best agencies in their cities and recognised globally as amongst the best in the world. These changes will help these already great agencies continue to get even better.”
