A law firm is looking at a possible class action against the Seven network over its employment practices, including alleged underpayment.
Adero Law said it had been approached by numerous current and former employees of Seven, including journalists, producers, camera operators and production crew.
The concerns relate to potential underpayments, misclassification of roles, unpaid breaks and unpaid overtime.
However, Seven rejects the claims.
“Seven West Media is confident it is paying its news and current affairs employees appropriately and in line with the enterprise agreement and legislative obligations,” said a Seven spokesperson.
