Alexandra Sloane, director of marketing, Facebook Australia & New Zealand

Alexandra is the Director of Customer Marketing at Facebook, Australia & New Zealand. Her 8 years with Facebook have included 2 years in Singapore as Regional Marketing lead, APAC, and since returning to Sydney in 2016 she has led customer marketing for Facebook’s family of apps and services, including Instagram and Messenger. 

Prior to joining Facebook in 2012, Alexandra spent 11 years working in creative agencies. She was at Y&R New York for 5 years working as Global Account Lead for brands like LG and Dell in which time her team bagged a bronze Cannes Lions amongst other accolades.

She started her career in Sydney managing brand & advertising strategy for Toyota, Lexus and Telstra at agencies like George Patterson Y&R.

Alexandra is happiest when she is by the ocean with her family and supporting other women to achieve their potential.

Paul Conti, digital manager, Country Road

Paul Conti has grown up with Country Road. Starting as a casual sales consultant in store while studying, over the past 15 years he’s launched and evolved Country Road’s digital channels, strengthened the brand's partnerships and snuck his golden retriever into a bunch of photo shoots. 

Today he helps lead the team as digital manager. 

He’s older than he looks.

Kevin drives the evangelism of Smartly.io as a creative automation and campaign optimisation solution in Asia Pacific. He enables leading agencies and brand advertisers to rapidly produce, test and optimise their best performing ads across social channels.

Passionate to help companies attain commercial success, Kevin achieves this with his in-depth knowledge amassed from close to 20 years of working with leading firms from the market insights, mobile and technology sectors. Before Smartly.io, Kevin was the Business Director for Lotame Asia, a leading ad-tech Data Management Platform solution.
