Kmart has appointed independent agency The Hallway for digital and customer experience (CX) work, AdNews can reveal.
AdNews understands that the The Hallway won a pitch to do work which includes a Black Friday campaign.
The Hallway and Kmart have not responded to a request for comment.
DDB Melbourne was recently appointed as Kmart's creative and digital agency of record earlier in the year, winning the account from BWM Dentsu.
BWM Denstu Melbourne had held the account for the last ten years.
