King Content appoints former Red Bull marketer

King Content has appointed former Red Bull UK head of content Christie Poulos to head its video content unit in Sydney.

It comes as part of the agency's expansion of its in-house video content capabilities across all areas of content production and strategy. In her new role Poulos will work with client to develop content strategies, using her experience in video.

King Content CEO Craig Hodges said: “Getting Christie on board is a big win for us. Christie's knowledge of the video content and strategy landscape is unrivalled - globally.”

“Having headed up video for the holy grail of content marketing, Red Bull, Christie is going to take our clients to the next level in content marketing.”

Poulos has also worked with brands including Westfield, Marriott, Coles and Cricket Australia.

Her appointment follows a number of hires by King Content including Ruth Haffenden, formally of Mindshare. The agency is soon to announce its new lead for its New York office.
