Kinesso Australia has made its chief product officer Andy Holford redundant, ending a four-year tenure at the IPG Mediabrands performance marketing business, AdNews can reveal.
Holford led a division of technical and marketing specialists across AI, platforms, MarTech, analytics, influencers and eCommerce.
He joined in September 2021, when the business still operated as Reprise Digital, and stepped up as interim CEO for seven months in 2022 following the departure of Maria Grivas, before returning to the product role.
Holford also took on a dual remit as SVP of delivery operations, APAC
Outside the business, Holford has served as a non-executive director at the Australian Influencer Marketing Council since November 2023, taking on the additional role of nominations committee lead a year later.
The departure comes as Omnicom pushes ahead with its integration of IPG, whose acquisition closed in November 2025 following its announcement in December 2024.
Omnicom has doubled its cost synergy target from the deal to $US1.5 billion, with thousands of jobs lost in the process.
Locally, the cuts have already included IPG Mediabrands Australia CEO Mark Coad and APAC CEO Leigh Terry.
