This is Flow has added Kim Raicevich to its leadership team in the newly created role of client service officer.

Raicevich has more than three decades of media and marketing experience across Australia, Japan, New York and Malaysia, including senior roles at major holding groups and Fairfax Media.

She joins after recent consulting and transition leadership work, and nine years at PHD Australia, where she led the Volkswagen Group Australia account and sat on the agency’s senior leadership team.

“Flow intrigued me from the first project earlier this year,” Raicevich said.

“Having worked at large holdcos for much of my career, I was excited to see that Flow also shared the smarts of the bigger agencies together with a team of passionate and hardworking people.

“I’m really looking forward to helping elevate the quality of service and thinking even further, whilst having a bit of fun along the way.”

Raicevich’s background spans senior roles across Unilever, Pepsico, SC Johnson, Electrolux, Bayer, Deutsche Bank, Mastercard, Hyundai, Nestlé and Reckitt Benckiser, with expertise in business and operational strategy, client management, media planning and trading.

She will work with Flow’s business directors and client partners to support agency growth and service delivery.

“Kim brings an exceptional level of agency experience and media skill to Flow, and she has already had an immediate impact on our team and the agency,” CEO of This is Flow, Jimmy Hyett, said.

“Investing and expanding our leadership team with someone of Kim’s pedigree elevates the whole agency and places us in the right position to maintain the strongest culture and client retention in the industry.”
