Behaviour change creative agency Khemistry is expanding to Canberra with the appointment of Aaron Ridley, as client partner.

He will provide government and not-for-profit sector clients with access to Khemistry’s expertise and IP in domains like behaviour change, experience design, brand development, marketing strategy and content creation.

Before Khemistry, Aaron held customer experience and brand and communications strategy roles in the Australian Government, the ACT arts and culture community, as well as co-founding an importing business and two hospitality venues.

Ridley: “I first became aware of Khemistry through the Back It Up flood water safety campaign, which is a great example of how marketing can benefit the community.

“When I heard Khemistry was opening an office in Canberra I jumped at the chance to join the team. As leading practitioners of behavioural change campaigns, Khemistry will be an invaluable partner for communication teams in government.”

Khemistry general manager and co-founder Andy Fyffe: “We’re so fortunate to have Aaron come on board to anchor Khemistry in Canberra. Clients will love what he brings to every engagement.

Specialising in innovative behaviour change campaigns, content, and digital platforms, Khemistry’s work for government includes, COVID-19 public health communications, water conservation, swim safety, flood water safety, and an award winning childrens’ series, Sally & Possum.
