Mamamia has promoted Kate Baldwin to the head of independent agencies in Victoria, after most recently holding the position head of audio sales.

Her appointment follows the recent promotion of Lisa Marie Lavocah as the head of independent agencies in NSW. Both senior appointments will report to Holly Yates, the national head of sales for independent agencies and direct.

The new hires follow the recent announcement of Mamamia joining the Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA), the national, not-for-profit industry association for the independent media agency industry.

Mamamia’s Chief Revenue Officer, Nat Harvey, said the company is very excited to see the Independent agency team continue to grow nationally, with the third senior appointment for the independent agencies in the last twelve months.

"I am looking forward to seeing the great relationships in market Holly, Kate and Lisa Marie will continue to build with their teams, and for Mamamia showing continued support across the independent industry sector," she said.
