Nibble Edge’s media team.
Independent agency Nibble Edge has appointed Madeleine Toso account director, joining from Kaimera where she was associate client director.
Toso reunites with Nibble Edge head of media Jack Baldwin, the pair having previously worked together at Rufus on Amazon's media business and again at Kaimera alongside William Brown, who joined Nibble Edge in 2025.
The appointment follows a run of new business wins including MA Financial and Videri, and the recent arrival of account director Deb Rajadurai.
Baldwin said Toso was one of the sharpest media minds he knew.
"She lifts the standard for everyone around her, and she'll be central to continue to build out a genuinely integrated offering for clients," he said.
Toso said joining Nibble Edge felt like a natural next step.
"I've seen first-hand what a team can do when media, creative and digital genuinely work as one, and that's exactly what's happening here. Getting to do it again with Jack and Will, on a client roster that's growing this quickly, was an opportunity I couldn't pass up," she said.
Fergus Stoddart, Nibble Edge chairman, said the agency was proud to be bucking the trend in a tough market.
"Fellow independents going under or being acquired by holdcos puts us in a strong position to attract top talent like Maddie. Independents can still offer the freedom and flexibility that senior hires want," he said.
Since its 2024 merger, Nibble Edge has grown to more than 35 people across Australia and India, with clients spanning finance, aged care and education.
