Independent media agency Kaimera has recruited five new team members following several client wins including Britbox, Campos and Under Armour.

Daniel Miller has joined from News Connect, where he was an Associate Programmatic Trader, in the newly created role of Platforms Manager. He will help build tailored programmatic solutions for clients and strengthen Kamiera's digital product suite.

Ayesha Foote has joined from OMD where she was a planner/buyer and will join the client services team, along with two other client co-ordinators, Alana MacIntyre, and Ariana Gantous, all of whom started during lockdown.

Head of client services, Anna Magliano: “Understanding the needs of our clients is paramount at Kaimera. During these turbulent times, clients want us to have an agile team that can work with them as their media needs change. With our new hires, we are well-positioned to deliver on those needs.”

Kaimera has also expanded its social and content offering, appointing Nathan Brake as social & content executive. He will work alongside Jade Harley, Kamiera's Brand, social & content director.

In addition to these new hires, Kaimera has promoted Olivia Scott to client manager, recognising her innovative work on Cointreau and Yalumba.

CEO Nick Behr: “Hiring and onboarding during a global pandemic and a state-wide lockdown has been challenging. We are lucky to have been able to find talented and enthusiastic people who will contribute to our growth.

“Just because it feels like the world has stood still over the past six months doesn’t mean people’s careers and development has to. It’s important that Kaimerians feel rewarded and recognised for their hard work and get to share in the success of the agency.”

The appointments and promotions are effective immediately.
