Judo Bank is demonstrating its love for its business customers in a campaign via Thinkerbell.
“This is just another great example of Judo Bank living its values,” said chief CX thinker, Dan Monheit.
“When the entire customer experience is built around backing businesses, even the advertising becomes a natural extension of that commitment.”
On radio, CEO Chris Bayliss dedicated spots to Judo’s SME customers with romantic poetry, which extended out to a special segment on JOY FM.
