JOY has appointed nine new team members following a series of recent client wins.
The new hires strengthen JOY’s integrated growth model across strategy, planning and performance media.
JOY CEO Peter Horgan said delivering meaningful growth for clients requires diverse skill sets and integrated capabilities working together.
“Driving real business growth today demands strategic clarity, commercial acumen and performance precision. It requires teams who can connect insight to action and strategy to execution across the entire marketing ecosystem," said Horgan.
“At JOY, our focus is clear. We exist to accelerate growth for our clients. That means going beyond activity and outputs to deliver measurable commercial impact.
“Importantly, these appointments reflect the kind of talent drawn to JOY — people who want to do commercially meaningful work, make an impact for clients and accelerate their own growth in the process. That ambition and accountability ultimately benefits the brands we partner with.”
The hires include activation directors, Michael Liow and Will Clayden, activation coordinators Vaidehi Gokhale, Charlie Burgess-Hoar, Rebecca Odell and Amisha Piplani, activation manager Jakob Waitai, business director Maddie Corrigan and activation executive Eric Alvarez.
