Jaywing and Frank Digital integrate service offerings

Performance marketing agency Jaywing Australia and creative user-experience agency Frank Digital have announced a unified leadership structure following the integration of both businesses.

Combining Jaywing’s data, insights, performance and conversion rate optimisation expertise with Frank Digital’s creative, design and UX capabilities.

Extending the combined and more holistic service offerings across both the agencies' clients', while each brand continues to operate under separate names.

As part of the integration, Tom Geekie, managing director of Jaywing Australia becomes CEO of both agencies, supported by Ed Raine who has been promoted to head of digital strategy, working across both Jaywing and Frank Digital. Both agencies have also moved into a new office in Sydney’s Barangaroo.

Explaining the decision to align both agencies, Geekie said: “Increasing automation in media platforms is putting greater emphasis on creative which the Frank Digital studio bolsters.

“Conversely, from a digital product perspective, we can leverage Jaywing’s capabilities in data and analytics, conversion rate optimisation and search engine optimisation in the Frank Digital offering.

“Aligning Jaywing and Frank more closely enhances our serving offering and builds out the business in new ways.

“Integrating the two businesses allows us to bring data and creative to the heart of everything we do and meet growing client demand.”

Andrew Fryatt, CEO of Jaywing PLC said: “The new leadership team will enhance the collaboration between Jaywing and Frank Digital to ensure our clients have access to the best thinking across performance marketing, digital, creative and user-experience.”

UK-listed Jaywing PLC is also appointing an Australian board of directors, Chris Pittham, who was co-managing director at Jaywing Australia is stepping back from day-to-day management and will become a non-executive director.
