Jackie Frank steps back from Marie Claire

Just weeks after being inducted into the Magazine Hall of Fame in recognition of her 19 years at the helm of Marie Claire, Jackie Frank is shifting roles.

Frank, who is editor and publisher of the women's title is taking on an expanded role as group publisher of its fashion and women's titles, it has emerged.

Franks is currently looking for an editor to fill the role.

At the awards ceremony in Sydney last month Frank told the audience that the magazine industry has to stop devaluing itself to advertisers with discounting.
