Cleo Wyrill
Creative and production agency Jack Nimble has appointed Cleo Wyrill strategy and creative director, a newly created role tasked with bringing strategy, creative direction and production together.
Wyrill has spent the past decade working with global brands including Google, H&M, Meta, Square, Jaguar Land Rover and Afterpay.
Most recently she led creative direction and strategy at Entropico across Google's global marketing initiatives, working across Australia, the US and EMEA on Google Search, Google Ads, AI and YouTube.
Earlier in her career, Wyrill launched and led Broadsheet Media's branded content division, building a commercial storytelling team that connected brands with Broadsheet's audience through editorial-led creative work.
James McInnes, managing partner at Jack Nimble, said Wyrill's ability to connect strategic thinking with creative execution made her a strong fit for the agency.
"Cleo understands how to find the clear, human idea inside a complicated business or product problem," said McInnes.
"She can move comfortably between brand strategy, creative direction and production, which is increasingly important as clients look for fewer gaps between the thinking and the making.
“Her experience across global brands, technology and culture will add real depth to both our clients and our team."
Wyrill, commenting on her appointment, said she had been drawn to the agency's culture.
“I've always been drawn to teams where strategy, creativity and production work hand in hand,” she said.
“That's what makes Jack Nimble exciting to me, the ability to take strong thinking all the way through to making the work, without losing momentum or intent.”
