Jack Nimble has appointed Hayley Olsson as general manager and elevated Sarah Graham to head of social and content.

Olsson, previously executive producer, has spent more than seven years with the business, helping build its production team and leading work across clients including the World’s Greatest Shave, Asics and Liquorland.

She will now focus on operations, processes and scaling capability.

“Jack Nimble has been built by a seriously talented bunch of people, and I’m proud to have grown up here. Becoming GM is a chance to focus on what makes this place special - the team and the incredible clients we work with.” Olsson said.

“The media landscape is shifting fast, and my goal is to make sure we’re not just keeping up, but leading the way.

That means investing in our people, sharpening our skills and making sure Jack Nimble stays the place where great work and great culture go hand in hand.”

Graham has led the agency’s always-on social function, which has doubled in size since January off the back of work with Spotify, AMP, Destination NSW and LinkedIn Australia.

She will oversee the expanded team and refine the frameworks behind Jack Nimble’s social-first approach.

“Our always-on model only works because we make every second count, from how we move with culture to how we support our clients day-to-day,” Graham said.

“Growing this team has been the most rewarding part of my time at Jack Nimble, and stepping into this role means doubling down on what we do best: help brands win attention.”
